Request for Technical Details on DGX Spark Memory Configuration

Hi NVIDIA team,

I’m looking for more technical details about the memory configuration in the DGX Spark. Specifically:

  • What is the BGA packaging of the LPDDR5/5X memory modules used in the Spark?

  • Is NVIDIA using the new SOCAMM standard for LPDDR5/5X in this platform? If not, are there plan in the future to have SOCAMM enabled variant of DGX Spark?

  • Could NVIDIA provide high resolution pictures of the assembled motherboard of the Spark? Preferably showing details picture of the memory section.

I’d appreciate any insights or documentation you can share around the memory architecture of this system.
