Request Public API Endpoints access for my API key

Hi NVIDIA team,

I am trying to use the free NIM endpoint for model deepseek-ai/deepseek-v4-pro via the public API gateway (https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1/chat/completions).

My API key prefix: nvapi-gH9m8dYU7...
My registered email: pamyang@139.com

However, both curl and budgetai proxy return 504 timeout or no response. I suspect my key lacks "Public API Endpoints" permission.

Could you please enable this permission for my account? Thank you.
