Request to enable Public API Endpoints for my account — 404 Function not found

Hi NVIDIA team,

I'm requesting activation of "Public API Endpoints" for my personal organization. I'm getting a 404 error when calling NIM API chat completions for newer models.

Error: {"status":404,"title":"Not Found","detail":"Function not found for account"}

Models affected:
- moonshotai/kimi-k2.6
- nvidia/llama-3.1-nemotron-ultra-253b-v1

Base URL: https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1
API Key Prefix: [nvapi-J5xQJ...]

The models appear in GET /v1/models but fail on POST /v1/chat/completions. Other models (z-ai/glm-5.2, deepseek-ai/deepseek-v4-pro, minimaxai/minimax-m3) work fine with the same key.

I have the 6-month free developer credits and would like to use them with these models.

Please enable Public API Endpoints for my account. Thank you!
