Request to enable Public API Endpoints for my account

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am unable to generate API keys for hosted NIM APIs on build.nvidia.com.

When I click “Generate API Key”, I get:
“API Access Restricted by your Organization.”

I checked the NGC Personal Key page (org.ngc.nvidia.com) and under “Services Included” I only see:

  • Secrets Manager
  • NGC Catalog

I do NOT see “Public API Endpoints”.

This appears to be my personal organization, but I am caught in an admin approval loop because I am the sole user.

Could you please enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my account?
