Request to enable Public API Endpoints for personal organization — API Access Restricted error

Hi NVIDIA team,

I’m trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com for my personal account, but I get the following error when clicking “Generate API Key”:

“API Access Restricted by your Organization.”

The “Select another account” option shows no alternative — this is my only (personal) account, and I don’t have any admin UI available to grant myself the API User Role.

Could someone please manually enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for this account? I just want to use the free hosted NIM API endpoint (e.g. z-ai/glm-5.2) for personal development/testing.
