Request to enable Public API Endpoints for personal organization

Hello NVIDIA Team,

I accidentally created an organization account during signup instead of a personal account. I am the owner/admin of this organization.

I am currently unable to use the free NIM API tier due to the following error on build.nvidia.com:
“API Access Restricted by your Organization”

There is no ‘Public API Endpoints User’ role available in my organization’s user settings to resolve this myself.

I would like to request ONE of the following (whichever is easier on your end):

  1. Convert my account from organization type to personal type, OR
  2. Enable ‘Public API Endpoints’ permission for my current organization
