Request to enable "Public API Endpoints" for personal organization

I’m getting 403 Forbidden (“Authorization failed”) when calling

POST https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1/chat/completions

with multiple models (meta/llama-3.2-90b-vision-instruct,

nvidia/llama-3.1-nemotron-nano-vl-8b-v1, nvidia/nemotron-nano-12b-v2-vl).

GET /v1/models works fine with the same key. I’ve regenerated the key

and completed the Developer Program profile, same error persists.

Could you please enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my

Personal Organization?

Additional detail: text-only chat completions to the same account/model work fine.
The 403 only happens when the request includes an image_url content block (vision/
multimodal input). Same error across 3 different vision models (llama-3.2-90b-vision-
instruct, llama-3.1-nemotron-nano-vl-8b-v1, nemotron-nano-12b-v2-vl). This suggests
the missing permission may be specific to multimodal/vision input, not just general
Public API Endpoints access.
