Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am requesting verification and enablement of the Public API Endpoints permission for my NVIDIA Build organisation, TAIGL.
I have generated an NVIDIA Build API key and the key is currently shown as ACTIVE.
However, the Public API Endpoints service/permission is not available for me to select in the API key configuration.
When calling the NVIDIA NIM public inference endpoint:
“POST https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1/chat/completions”
using:
“nvidia/nemotron-3-super-120b-a12b”
the request reaches NVIDIA but returns:
“HTTP 410 Gone”
The API key has the expected “nvapi-” format and is active. We have also verified our application-side authentication, networking and request routing independently.
Could you please verify the backend provisioning for my organisation and enable Public API Endpoints access if it is not currently enabled?
Use case: internal AI development, testing and experimentation using NVIDIA NIM. This is not currently being used for customer production workloads.
I can provide the registered account email, organisation ID and a partial API-key prefix privately if required.
