Request to enable "Public API Endpoints" permission for my personal organization (403 error on z-ai/glm-5.1)

Hello NVIDIA Team,

I am experiencing a 403 “Authorization failed” error when attempting to call models via https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1.

Account Information:

Issue Details:
When I generate a Personal API Key in my account, I only see the “NGC Catalog” permission option. The “Public API Endpoints” permission is not visible in the permission list.

I have tested the following models and received 403 errors:

  • z-ai/glm-5.1
  • deepseek-ai/deepseek-v4-flash
  • Other models marked as “Free Endpoint” on build.nvidia.com

Request:
Could you please enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my personal organization? I would like to use the free API endpoints for development and prototyping purposes.

Error Message Example:
HTTP 403: Authorization failed when calling https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1/chat/completions
