I am writing to request the activation of the Public API Endpoints permission for my personal organization.
When trying to use a free serverless NIM inference endpoint (e.g., for the model nvidia/nemotron-3-super-120b-a12b at https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1), I receive a persistent HTTP 403 Forbidden error with the detail: "Authorization failed".

Based on information in the NVIDIA Developer forums, this error indicates that my personal organization is missing the required Public API Endpoints permission.
