Hi NVIDIA team,
I am unable to call any NIM API models via the NVIDIA API endpoint. All requests result in a timeout (ReadTimeout error). The same API key works in other agents, but fails in the open-cowork environment with a connection timeout.
My account information:
- Registered email: chrisingermania@yahoo.com
- API Key prefix: nvapi-xxxx
- Organization: Luca Moretti
- Endpoint: https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1
- Models tested: deepseek v4 pro / flash
My phone number has been verified on the NVIDIA website. It seems my personal organization is missing the “Public API Endpoints” permission as discussed in other forum threads.
Could you please enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my personal organization?
