Request to enable "Public API Endpoints" permission for my personal organization

Hi NVIDIA team,

I am unable to call some NIM API models (especially deepseek-ai/deepseek-v4-flash) via https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1. All requests frequently return 429 “Too Many Requests” error even with only 3-4 requests per minute.

From community discussions, this appears to be caused by my personal organization missing the “Public API Endpoints” permission. My API key is valid and I can use models on the web playground, but API access is severely limited.
