Request to enable "Public API Endpoints" permission for my personal organization

Hello NVIDIA Team,

I’m a developer trying to use the NVIDIA NIM API for testing, but all my API requests keep returning “404 page not found” errors.

Problem Details:

  • Base URL: https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1

  • API Key is ACTIVE (generated today) [Key ID: 你的Key ID]

  • Model tested: meta/llama-3.1-8b-instruct (or any model you tried)

  • Error: 404 page not found on all model requests

Troubleshooting Done:
When generating a new API Key, the creation window only shows options for Key Name and Expiration. There is no checkbox for “Services Included” or “Public API Endpoints”, which I understand should be there for API access.

Account Info:

  • Registered Email: hcxiaoliu@gmail.com

  • Organization: Personal

Could you please enable “Public API Endpoints” access on my account?
