Request to enable "Public API Endpoints" permission for personal organization

Hello NVIDIA team,

I am unable to create API Keys for my personal organization. When I try, I receive this error:

“You do not have permissions to create API Keys in this Organization. Switch Orgs or contact your admin.”

My account information:

Could you please enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my account?

This is for personal/non-commercial development use. I am trying to access free NVIDIA NIM API models for testing purposes.
