Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am using NVIDIA NIM with a Personal Organization for personal development. My API key shows as “Active” in the web UI, but all POST requests to /v1/chat/completions hang indefinitely and time out with 0 bytes received (curl error 28 after 30 seconds). GET /v1/models returns HTTP 200.
I have tested with minimal payloads (max_tokens: 50) across multiple models including moonshotai/kimi-k3, deepseek-ai/deepseek-v4-flash, and nvidia/llama-3.1-nemotron-70b-instruct, and all fail identically.
Based on community discussions, this is a known issue for personal organization accounts missing the “Public API Endpoints” entitlement. Could you please verify my account and enable this permission?
