Purpose and Reasons for Application:
I am personally developing a multi-agent automation workflow using OpenClaw / Hermes Agent. My system contains multiple agents, and during multi-step reasoning, tool calls, and self-correction, a single task can generate more than twenty API calls.
The current 40 RPM limit leads to frequent 429 errors, which seriously hinder development and system debugging.
