I have checked above mentioned link, but i am not seeing any info related to SOC for ORIN Series. and also i am seeing doc related to JETSON. but we know that Jetson is for Robotics Application. Please provide SOC info(Part number and technical features) of DRIVE AGX ORIN Series.

Jetson AGX orin and DRIVE AGX orin both are based on same Orin SOC. They could be difference in frequency of each engine, RAM, cores etc.
DRIVE AGX Autonomous Vehicle Development Platform | NVIDIA Developer gives info on the perf and configuration on Orin SOC in DRIVE.
You can refer to Jetson AGX orin technical brief document to get an overview of the Engines in Orin SOC.
Note that though both Jetson and DRIVE based on same Orin architecture, the BSP and release packages are different for each board.
May I know what part number you are referring? Are you asking about Orin SoC HW schema details?
If so, please contact your NVIDIA representative for details.
