I need some urgent support on the invoicing of two Workshops:
- Fundamentals of GPU-Accelerated Workflows with CUDA Python (EMEA - 27/05/2026)
- Enhancing Data Science Outcomes With Efficient Workflow (NALA- 06/01/2026)
I need the invoices to be created for my company (with their VAT numbers etc). I wrote the NVidia support immediately after signing up, but got no message back. Next course is 36 hours from now and I will not participate if NVidia is not able to create a proper invoice.
Need help from whoever can help me at least get in touch with the people who can solve this.

A quick update:
I got a reply to my case:
To view your invoice, log into your account at https://marketplace.nvidia.com/en-us/. You will find the order on your account’s “Order Information” page, and click the “View Order” button. This will open a new page and from there you’ll be able to view and download your invoice.
BUT, on that website, my order history is empty! And no word on getting the invoice with the details I requested.
Honestly, NVidia has put a grip on their websites’ structure… All parts (forum, workshops, support, DLI, workshops,…) are completely disjointed.
Well, the first workshop starts in 12 mins, so I guess I have to take a leap of faith and hope NVidia will do the right thing in the end.
