Resnet18 cannot be initialized more than 3 times

After I converted resnet18.onnx model to tensorrt engine (DLA is enabled ), I cannot instantiate infer engines more than 3. It gives me an error “[trt] 1: [nvdlaUtils.cpp::deserialize::154] Error Code 1: DLA (NvMediaDLaInit: Init failed. )”. And I am confused please help.
