Retrieving a unique Jetson Nano hardware identifier (serial number) in C++?

Could someone provide a code snippet or an explanation of what unique Jetson Nano hardware identifier(s) (serial numbers) can be accessed/read using C++ ?

there’s Jetson Module EEPROM Layout for saving magic numbers.
you could access it for the values, for example, $ sudo i2cdump -f -y 0 0x50
