RHEL8 nvidia driver installation with fapolicy in restrictive

NVIDIA installer fails on a RHEL8 machine with fapolicy running. I can get the installation to succeed by either stopping fapolicy service or having it run in permissive mode.

Is there a recommendation on how to configure fapolicy to allow nvidia installation?
