Hello.
I have purchased a Rivermax based video ST-2110 using Mellnox Lx6 cards and the swicth time between multcast video input streams in the server takes more than 2 seconds. Could this time be normal?
I supose that the server needs to leave and report the new flows (video, audio, metadata) and decode the streams using CPU. However, more than two seconds seems excessive to me.
Do you have any reference or expected figures for the switching time when using Rivermax with software-based video decoding?
Thanks!
Pablo.
