RMA for Jetson Nano


I can’t insert my SDCARD in my jetson nano bought in April, 2019.

I have no idea who to contact, bought in Nvidia France. I try support through phone in France, nobody can help me.

No contact, no mail… I turn crasy…

Anyone can help me.

Hi Bethlis, sorry for the trouble - is your SD card slot jammed or damaged? You might want to try inspecting it for foreign debris. Does the SD card go in the slot but won’t stay in because the latch doesn’t secure? Or won’t the SD card go in at all?

Serioulsy, my SD card slot can’t be maitained (the sd card can’t stay because the latch is broken (no idea why-).

I checked. so I will make a RMA. Stupid question : the RMA is the same for France and USA?


I believe the customer service agents available through the chat in the link above can initiate your RMA from France if you purchased your Nano through the NVIDIA.fr webstore there. Let us know if you have any issues with it.
