I opened an example project that includes a robot with a Policy, such as the Spot example. After that, I made some edits—like modifying the scene and adding some ROS node graph scripts. Everything runs fine at that stage: Spot moves correctly according to the control policy.
However, once I save the project (as a USD) and reopen it, Spot becomes completely rigid and unresponsive. I currently suspect that the Policy is not being saved into my project, but I can’t find where I’m supposed to store it or how to assign an existing Policy to a robot directly through the interface.
Could anybody tell me how to resolve this issue?

I directly opened Robotics Examples / POLICY / Quadruped, and after modifying the background and other elements, the simulation and control of the quadruped robot still worked normally before saving.
@patrick.hou i am just another user, but can you confirm if the same issue persists if you were to load the robotic example, save the USD without making any changes, and reopen the USD? i am trying to isolate the issue to whether it’s related to your custom changes first before making further assumptions.
