ROS2 on Windows or VR on Linux

Hi,
I’m developping an application where the user will control a robot in VR. Hence I need VR support which i’ve been told only works on Windows but also ROS support which is only suported on Linux, although ROS2 works on Windows. Is there any plan to add supoort for either of this problem in the next release. If not what should I do since I need both to continue my application?
