You can find the answer (up to 50uA) in Orin module datasheet in DLC.

Is this the document? I can’t see the description about RTC Battery in this file, can you point it out?
Also double check that I am asking about the AGX Orin Industrial Module.

Does this data also apply to AGX Orin Industrial Module?
