Hi,
I have an issue here.
Followed the OEM DG and contacted Realtek and received absolutely no reply! (over 3 weeks past)
Can not find any information about Realtek Tool to change the required registers in the RTS5411 as OEM DG requests:

Power enables (DPS1/2/3/4_PWR) set to be active high
Charging feature disabled
SSC valid

Anybody have any information please share it how and what to do with the RTS5411 to work properly.
(Found supplier, but they not able to customize the RTS5411 HUB IC)
I need a USB 4 port HUB on my custom board for the jetson nano without kernel customization.

Almost 2 years later and I also have the same problems finding Realtek parts and information. Have you found out a bit more since?

Or anybody with information on this please?

I did, and Realtek is a no go.
So I got really pissed and designed my own hardware with USB-C.
If you need help with design a carry board just let me know.
Otherwise you can purchese one from me.
Let me know and we can talk more.

Cool! I’ll contact your privately about cost and availability.

What hub did you use? I’m looking at Microchip USB5744 or TI also has a few in the TUSB804* series.

Hi Rean,

I use a single USB-C chip as all TI USB hub candidates went out of stock.
So I have an external HUB for connect multiple devices.
