RTX 20xx lane reversal compatible?

Our company recently bought a new Supermicro X11DPH-T motherboard.
It was intended for a server, but at the end we didn’t implement it.
So now I would like to make a workstation out of it.

But there is a catch: 5 of the 7 PCIe slots are lane reversed.

Does the RTX 20xx graphics card family provide lane reversal capability?
And how or where I can find further information if said graphics cards have this feature?

Your best bet is to ask SuperMicro which GPUs are compatible with the motherboard.

I asked them. They said they didn’t test this board with Nvidia cards yet, so they can’t tell.
That’s why I ask here if the RTX 20xx cards work with reversed lanes.
