RTX 3090 performance on Linux

Hello,
I bought an RTX 3090 Founders Edition. After a few tries its performance is not what I expected, maybe it is not performing well or that I have done something wrong. I am using linux. The processor is an AMD Ryzen Threadripper Ryzen 3970X. I performed the Glmark2 test and got the score of 10,000, the same as my RTX 2080 Super. I also ran the same learning program and observed the results given by nvidia-smi: for the RTX 3090, 61% utilization. For the RTX 2080 Super, 52% utilization. By displaying the program execution speed, I get 200f / s for both. In the end, the two cards are as efficient as each other, but the RTX 3090 will be operated at 100% from 3GB and then slow down the execution of my code (100f / s to 6GB, up to 24 f / s at 24 GB) while the RTX 2080 Super will be around 3.5GB and then slow down the execution of my code (100f / s at 7GB, up to 90f / s at 8GB). Is this similarity in performance normal? Is there any other test I need to perform to verify that the RTX 3090 is working properly? Thanks in advance.nvidia-bug-report.log.gz (769.2 KB)

Your gpu clocks are reported as 0 MHz, which is odd. Did a driver upgrade change anything?
