Did you try 591.86? works fine with RTX 4060

You’re right — I retested 591.86 DCH WHQL, and I can confirm that 5K60 works correctly with my RTX 5090 + Samsung ViewFinity S9 as well.

I narrowed it down further:

591.74 — WORKING
591.86 — WORKING
595.79 — NO SIGNAL
596.21 — NO SIGNAL
596.36 — NO SIGNAL
596.49 — NO SIGNAL

Newer 610.x, 616.x and 617.14 drivers also fail.

So the regression on my system was introduced somewhere after 591.86 and no later than 595.79.

Thanks for pointing out 591.86 — that helped narrow the regression window significantly.
