RTX A6000 power connection

I have an RTX A6000 graphics card. According to the Power Guidelines for Workstation Products, the A6000 uses an 8-pin CPU power connector (EPS-12V). Additionally, can I use the same 12V power line for pins 5, 6, 7, and 8? I lost the 8-pin CPU standard adapter cable that Nvidia includes with the product.
