Yes it is telling you that you do not have the right Nvidia RTX GPU. Or at least not the right drivers installed. So it is not a question of time. It will never come up ready.
What is your GPU, system specs, OS etc? You will need at LEAST a 3060 RTX, but ideally something with 12GB ram and above.

Yes sadly, you do not have an NVIDIA RTX GPU. You just have a basic built in video card, which is the Intel UHD, and then you do have an Nvidia GPU, but it is an old T2000. It requires an NVIDIA RTX GPU. There is no way around for using Omniverse.
