RTX2060 mobile : games freeze and crash on Windows AND Llinux

Hi!
I experience freezes and crash. I thought it was only on Linux (Mint 22), but it also happens on windows now. Always the same scenario: it freezes, sounds continue, nothing responds. On Windows it quits, and on linux I have to quit myself.
Some games where the bug happens:
-Horizon Forbidden West / Zero Down
-Control
-Elden Ring

On Linux, I get an Xid 13 or Xid 109:

I tried with driver versions 335, 350, 360

On windows I don’t know how to generate logfile. Here is the GPU-Z log:

I want now to determine if it is a material issue or a bug in the latest drivers. (I experience this since ~one year now). Should I maybe change the thermal paste?

I changed the paste, it was dry. Temperatures in tests are better and more stable, but it still crashes.
