RTX4090 on Ubuntu 20.04 - Failed to allocate NvKmsKapiDevice and to register device

I am building a new desktop and I am getting these errors during boot. Also attached is nvidia-bug-report.log.gz. I tried several suggestions, but it is stubborn. I would appreciate your suggestions.

Motherboard is MSI Carbon, GPU is MSI gaming trio X RTX4090, Secure boot was disabled.

It was resolved by using “metapackage from nvidia-driver-530 (proprietary)”. I was using “open kernel”. Please consider it closed.
