I’m trying to wrap my head around the meaning of the timestamp field in the PointCloud2 message the isaacsim.ros2.bridge.ROS2RtxLidarHelper can produce. In the previous IsaacSim 5.1 version I observed the normal single timestamp value (datatype=7, count=1), and that was a real time in nanoseconds that only went up as the simulation progressed. Now, in the new version, I see that it turns to be of datatype=6, count=2 and a bizarre pattern I describe below.
I suppose the timestamp value being of UINT64 is now just ‘cut’ into two UINT32 values to satisfy the PointField requirements.
Here is the snippet of the print output for the PointCloud2 message caught during the simulation in the following format:

The most intriguing thing is that the first part rises up to a certain value (~4e9 something), and than resets to 0, and starts again to climb up, and this goes in cycle!
Please, could you clarify on those parameters and such a weird behavior?
