Runtime API error CUDA 4.0 no device

My computer hasn’t device. I just installed CUDA 4.0.
When running sample in SDK, i recieved error : cudaSafeCall() Runtime API error 35: CUDA driver version is insufficient for CUDA runtime version .

No device
CUDA 4.0
