SAML single sign-on - Why can't I access the NVIDIA Gitlab Optical Flow SDK repo anymore?

So I requested invitation to the Optical Flow SDK repository and I was granted the access right away. After a few weeks, I can’t get there anymore seeing this:

Even when hitting authorize I get into an NVIDIA page but I probably don’t have any account there to be used for this. The only one available there says:
Selected user account does not exist in tenant ‘NVIDIA Corporation’ and cannot access the application https://gitlab.com/groups/nvidia in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

What happened?

I have no solution, don’t know what happened but it started working again. Still would be nice if someone can explain what is this about.
