Sample code should use non-square images

The rotation code in simpleTexture.cu does not work on non-square images. This is surprising since the code has been around for years. The transformKernel is scaling and then rotating, when it should be rotating and then scaling.
When performing a rotate or any type of image transformation it is easy to inadvertently swap x and y, sin and cos, etc. I suggest that samples using the square image lena_bw.pgm be re-written with non-square images in order to catch these types of coding errors.
