SATA_DEV_SLP circuit design

Hi：
In System on module data sheet Page 27 and developer kit carrier board specification Page 11, it shows that SATA_DEV_SLP is output type, while it is input type on Pin Descriptions Page 52 in System on module data sheet.
So which one is correct?And what type is SATA_DEV_SLP?
