Scaling_governor set to performace failed

image
Hello , i am using jetpack 6.0, 64G industrial custom board.

only one cpu are busy to do the interrupt from DMA,i try to bond others or change scaling_governor to performace ,it all failed .

i try it again in devkit , Result is the same.

Hi,
If the device cannot be flashed/booted, please refer to the page to get uart log from the device:
Jetson/General debug - eLinux.org
And get logs of host PC and Jetson device for reference. If you are using custom board, you can compare uart log of developer kit and custom board to get more information.
Also please check FAQs:
Jetson AGX Orin FAQ
If possible, we would suggest follow quick start in developer guide to re-flash the system:
Quick Start — NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide 1 documentation
And see if the issue still persists on a clean-flashed system.
Thanks!

hello,carolyuu.
Could you please clarify further instead of rewriting the system? The devkit doesn’t work either.

Hi,
Please put the module to AGX Orin carrier board and check if the issue is present. Would like to check if it is specific to the custom board.

And latest version is Jetpack 6.1. Would be great if you can upgrade to the version and try.

hello,DaneLLL,
it may be a spelling error about performance

hello,DaneLLL,

how about the irq smp_affinity_list,i try to bind interrupt to the cpu core ,it report “-bash: echo: write error: Invalid argument” i see it was PCI-MSI ,not GIC level,it is the reason?

Hi,
Please simply run sudo jetson_clocks. This command enables all CPU cores fixed at maximum frequency.
