Is it possible to place the user, bs and their configurations through scripting in a DT scene.
Also is it possible to input a pre-defined track for mobility.

Unfortunately, you cannot place the components via a script.
The predefined track can be implemented via the UI. If you select a UE, you can see the option to set the way points. The UEs will move along the way point then.
