Hi @tnqlsqkr98, It looks like you are using an old version of the SDKM. Please try the latest SDK Manager client from [https://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-sdk-manager](https://nam11.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdeveloper.nvidia.com%2Fnvidia-sdk-manager&data=04%7C01%7Ctkearsley%40nvidia.com%7Ce74c932a51d042ddf03308da15e3fd70%7C43083d15727340c1b7db39efd9ccc17a%7C0%7C0%7C637846366204578897%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&sdata=qnvuWgdW6ILKsmBsVFQ4UFhAni%2BUIe5CB%2BDjOohLQH4%3D&reserved=0), and see if the issue still persists. Thank you for your support. The problem with login has been resolved. By the way, I want to install a specific version (L4T 32.3.1, JetPack 4.3). However, the latest version of sdk manager could not install that version. Is there any way to install an older version? ---
