SDK Manager and deepstream download issue

Please provide complete information as applicable to your setup.

• Hardware Platform (Jetson Nano/ GPU)
• SDK Manager running on Ubuntu 18.04 pc
• DeepStream Version 6.0.1
• JetPack Version 4.6.1
• Account download permission issue

Hello ,

I’m facing an issue with my account that I can’t download several Nvidia tools despite that my internet connection is working fine:

1. SDK Manager: (Previously I was able to use it), Now after selecting the hardware and Jetpack in Step 1, I get the following error
   "Couldn’t load the Nvidia SDK details
   Failed to get configuration file from server. Please check your network connectivity
   "
2. Also tried to download the tar package for Deepstream 6.0.1 and I get Error 404 in the download page after logging in.

Please advise!

Sorry for the late response, that’s due to CDN outage problem, and it has been fixed.
