I’m having trouble with step 3 of the sdkmanager download process. It stalls midway through around 60% and gives install errors on all the sections. When i click to look at the error details it doesn’t provide anything so it appears that there’s nothing actually wrong. Did anyone else have this issue? Is there anyway to correct it?
the errors say that the .mtd file is corrupted start a new download
Hi chall012,
We have found a 403 issue with the package tokens coming from the server and are working to identify the root cause. Will let you know when a fix has been implemented. Thanks for your patience as we resolve this.
Is there any update on this issue? I am unable to reflash my TX2 and continue my work until this is resolved. An ETA would be appreciated.
Hi tim.wilkin, we are working to fix the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, see this temporary workaround which was posted by another user:
You could also flash L4T directly from the downloads available here: https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/linux-tegra
Hi all, we have deployed a server-side patch which should hopefully improve the downloads from our testing. Can you re-try and let us know if you still face the issue?
I am not OP, but I am having the same issue. I removed the download and SDK directories, restarted SDK Manager, and attempted the downloads again. They are still failing with the .mtd corruption error.
Hi mckinnc, thanks for trying again and reporting back. I will let our devs know.
We’ve rolled out an update to the SDK Manager client that addresses the issue. Log into SDK Manager, and you will see a prompt to upgrade to version 0.9.14 - click continue, enter your sudo password, and the client will self-update. Let us know if you still encounter problems with the downloads.
We are also updating the SDK Manager binary installer on the website, but for now use the self-update feature.
