Are you using standalone Ubuntu 20.04/18.04 as your host PC?
yes 20.04 on my PC
There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.

I just flashed a Jetson AGX Xavier with Jetpack 5.0.2 (rev.1), but it’s not able to reproduce the APT update error on the device.
Could you please try to flash it again?
