The Jetpack Linux installation process is taking too long.
“CPU Bootloader is not running on device,” and currently, in Virtual Box, the USB device is showing as “NVIDIA Corp. APX”

Please avoid using virtual machines for flashing Jetson devices.
Find a real Ubuntu PC and try again.
