Hi all , I’m trying to flash the SD-Card using SDK manager getting the following issues I’m unable to flash it.

So apparently your kernel building process is problematic.
The SPI driver cannot be loaded so QSPI bootloader fails to get flashed.
It’s most likely you only build kernel image and in-tree modules, but not OOT modules, so the old OOT modules are imcompatible with your new kernel image.
I tried to boot the device after building the OOT modules with New kernel Image but the target is not booting up.
I ran this command to flash the target from the Host PC : sudo ./flash.sh jetson-orin-nano-devkit internal

[ 35.153310] Please complete system configuration setup on the serial port provided by Jetson's USB device mode connection. e.g. /dev/ttyACMx where x can 0, 1, 2 etc.
The situation is that you cannot use GUI to complete OEM config because display driver is dead.
You either use /dev/ttyACM0 as instructed by the log to do it, or skip it following the link I gave you.
But none of them is going to give you GUI unless you build the driver again correctly.
