SDKmanager flash error " You do not have permission to access the download folder"

I rebuild the kernel. When I try to flash new image with SDKmanager, it complains " You do not have permission to access the download folder". I back to original image, still same error.
Could you please help to look at this issue.

Is the download folder refers sdkm_downloads? If so, could you check the permission of the folder.
Also, if possible can you uninstall the drive release using sdkmanager, delete the download, installation, logs folders and re flashing the target.

Thanks. I uninstall the drive and reinstall again, now sdkmanager works.
Now I have a new issue, after the new image is flashed into Xavier, I follow the Dirve OS SDK instructions trying to enable GUI,
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gdm3 ubuntu-unity-desktop

and modify custom.conf file, then reboot the system, but GUI does not work. I got below message:
