i used nvtest_tk1 to test my tk1,it show:

Is it my tk1 sdram is broken ?

Hi,
If your TK1 work well days ago but fail now, NVtest fail mean there must be something wrong of the board.
If you have other TK1 board, try NVtest on that if you can get pass result make sure your test procedure is correct.
If yes, better let your hardware engineer check on fail board if any power short/damage.

The Console stop at “U-Boot SPL 2014.10-rc2-00006-g565af3f (Feb 02 2015 - 17:46:25)” and can not boot. So i think power is well.

Hi, is the board Jetson TK1 ref board or custom design board? Did it work well before or not? If it worked well before and failed now, there might be some components broken, you can run RMA for it.
