Hi,

I am facing issues while connecting the Sekonix GMSL camera to Drive AGX kit. The exact error is as shown in the image below.

The camera was working correctly with Drive AGX initially but have been facing the below issue very recently.

Kindly help what might be the issue.

Dear @saurabh.sinalkar,
I am assuming SF3324 camera is connected at A0 port? Could you check the below things

  1. Restart the target and check if the issue occurs on both Tegra A/B
  2. Change the camera and also camera port and test.

Please use text message logs to be able to search by others in community.

Dear @SivaRamaKrishnaNV,

Yes I had connected camera to A0 port and are running the sample_camera_gmsl application.

  1. I restarted the system and checked the issue still persists on Tegra A, we are not able to check it on Tegra B can you let me know the procedure.

  2. We have 2 sets of camera with same configuration, the other camera is working fine when connected to the system, the problem occurs with the current camera only i tested it by changing ports also.

Dear @saurabh.sinalkar,
It confirms the issue is with the camera and not related DRIVE SW.

To run your project sample on Tegra, You can cross compile sample on host and copy the samples onto Tegra. You may check copying existing DW samples from Tegra A to Tegra B for a quick test.

Ok @SivaRamaKrishnaNV,

Do we need to connect with the vendor(Sekonix) only for the camera hardware
issue? Kindly provide any information on the vendor side if you have any.

Dear @saurabh.sinalkar,
Could you check Private message?
